I made my niece a ballet tutu yesterday. Such a fun and easy way to delight a little princess...the best part is that you don't even have to thread a needle to make this! Simply cut netting into about 8cm panels and tie it around an already tied elastic waist band. You can finish it off with a satin bow...or with whatever you like for that matter - you can be as creative as you like (bells, ties, plastic packets, whatever you can find).
